Sedentary job? How are you active?

How You Sleep

Being at rest. Very important part of thriving! Do you have an alarm to remind to wind down each evening? Do you get up around the same time every morning? Are you able to without an alarm clock?

When the alarm Chimes, are you ready to take on the day??

That is, is your timing correct? Are you fighting, when you would like to be at rest/ease? You would be able to tell because you would wake up exahsted, wondering if you even did sleep.

In short, anything other than, fruits and vegitables, produce an Acid Ash, that the body has to buffer. :)

Buffering this acid ash also creates stiffness in the joints.

Your body keeps you going, by any means necessary.

That necessary can be 'selling' off parts of yourself, in order to buffer, and, like I mentioned, keep you goig.
