Thoughts are things (1): Maintain Mindful Thoughts; Enjoy Peaceful Serenity
While the body can combat chemicals, it CanNot combat the chemicals that are produced due to Stinkin Thinkin and negative thought patterns.

"Gotta think about what you're thinking about, when you're thinking about it; every thought is suspect!" Is it dis-ease producing or health maintaining?? - Dr. Morter, founder and developer of BioEnergetic Synchronization Technique (B.E.S.T.)

How do I make a change?!
While B.E.S.T. is great, the Alexander Method of Sound Therapy a bit differently and , I have found, through Forced Resonance, better results are achieved in a faster amount of time. Through this method we are able to move into higher states of consciousness, with intention and without extensive discussion, as we tune up our bodies.
Imagine maintaining mindful thoughts, consistently, as your life becomes more peaceful and harmonious. Imagine feeling blessed and leveling up without a tremendous amount of effort. Reprogramming your thoughts using this method will have your life better than one can image. This is not just sound therapy, but sound healing.

When looking at the chart above, you can see different energetic patterns that can be released and/or attained. Bringing ourselves to this level of entrainment, causes us to more easily be able to act, instead of reacting, as we are socially trained.
Depending on your current headspace, your first session may bring you to a state of calm, with content feelings. If I were looking to alter my mental capacity and enhance my life, I would commit to three sessions and connect with us regularly, through receiving our emails, following our social posts and reaching out, if you desire additional support or have questions or comments.
One session a month can get you on your way. Multiple sessions will have your life changing before your eyes! Warning!! This may be overwheling and uncomfortable, as change is. lol
